Shane is the Investment Director of VieActive with a focus on the underwriting and acquisition of new projects and working with VieActive’s debt / equity partners.
Shane is passionate about creating communities where residents can thrive and enjoy active, independent lives for longer.
Prior to establishing VieActive with John Ryan, Shane was with Tetrarch Capital, developing its residential platform Tetrarch Homes, and the Ardagh Group, focusing on corporate issuances and strategic divestments.
Shane is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.
